dharmalogos Lord Mortvm's first album was the work of a brilliant amateur: agonizingly slow blackened doom that was highly repetitive, simply produced, and knew exactly what it was. His new album is more mature. Songs are more complex. There's a greater mixture of instruments. Vocal styles are more diverse. Not so many samples. Maybe a little bit of the chaos power is gone, but Mortvm has greatly expanded his abilities as a songwriter and producer. I will buy on vinyl if it comes out.
